Welcome to Revive Ministries Podcast. Today we have a new guest continuing the discussion on Springing Forward to Wellness, Dr. Krishna. Coping skills can be tremendously helpful for those struggling in recovery but today with so much uncertainty and urgency, finding ways to cope is I vital for most everyone. Dr. Krishna has an app called Relaxx and he shares a bit of intermittent silence and its benefits. Slowing down at the very least can be very helpful for all of us.

Recovery and healing look different for everyone.
