Legal procurement is the entire process of buying legal services including the decision to purchase, the selection of which services, and paying the supplier. Working as a legal procurement professional is a relatively new concept, but when properly utilized, procurement professionals can contribute to decreased spending and well-managed relationships with legal services providers.
