  • MUSINGS + MAGICK: Evolving Out Loud: Messy Creation, People Pleasing & Business as a Living Ecosystem (JUNE FULL MOON WITH LAUREN AND NICOLE)

Nicole and Lauren gather just ahead of the full moon to share honest updates and reflections on life, business, and the ever-changing seasons of motherhood. Our biggest intention for this episode is to give you a big behind the scenes peek into our process behind launching and refining our latest offering, Held—a community designed for mother-serving professionals. We openly discuss the little pivots and  “course corrections” we’ve made, the importance of play and spaciousness in the creative process, and how responding to YOUR feedback and our own needs has shaped our business in a deeply embodied way.

As usual there’s also a sprinkling of so many juicy topics waiting for you from:

    • Our usual energy/cycle/life updates (including iron infusions, birthday months, and new kittens!)
    • The acceptance of and identity shifts of neurodivergence
    • Honoring different seasons in business and motherhood
    • Navigating ambition, capacity, and the myth of one-size-fits-all strategy
    • Balancing “people pleasing” with true responsiveness and evolution
    • Fullness vs. busyness: Reframing your perception of life’s demands
    • The importance of slow growth, prioritizing relationships over transactions, and letting action (not overthinking) shape the next right steps in entrepreneurship
    • Finally, we’re sharing our biggest piece of advice for any other space holding entrepreneurs out there

You'll find plenty of relatable insights about honoring your own rhythm, letting go of rigidity, and building community in ways that are truly nourishing. Whether you’re here for reflections on motherhood, inspiration for your own creative ventures, or just to feel a little more connected to these 2 silly weirdos, there’s magick in this episode for you.

HELD is a community membership for mother-serving visionaries—birthworkers, coaches, and space holders—who want to grow their business without bypassing their body. Inside, we blend somatics, embodied strategy, and values-led leadership so your business can nourish you and your clients. Founding member spots are open (only 10 available!) at a deeply discounted rate — we start September 9. Secure your spot now: www.nestandnourish.ca/held

  • When your own rules stop working: how to trust your own rhythm

What happens when the structures and routines you built to support yourself… stop working?

What if you’re not lazy, just in a different season?

And honestly, WTF does lazy even mean?

What does it say about you if you’re less “productive” than usual? (And… what is usual?)

In this episode, recorded barefoot on my deck (yep, you’ll hear the wind #sorrynotsorry), I’m sharing what’s been moving through my client work, and through my own body.

There’s a quiet but fierce call to stop pushing, stop obeying the inner cop, and finally let our rhythms shift. To let the supports evolve, instead of assuming something’s broken just because it stopped working. And to recognize that it might not be clairity you're seeking in life + biz, it's actually self trust.

    You'll hear:

    • A powerful client breakthrough around non-linear motivation and internalized “shoulds”
    • Why apathy, numbness, and stillness can feel unsafe (and what to do with that)
    • How to use my Cycle of Creation prompts to track your real rhythm, NOT the one capitalism trained you to crave
    • A permission slip to soften, recalibrate, and trust your pace again
    • Details on my ALIVE sessions + the birthday bundle I’ve put together for this summer

This isn’t about hacking your energy or getting more done.

    It’s about listening deeply.

    Letting yourself be changed.

And trusting that your rhythm (no matter how messy, quiet, or non-linear) is sacred.

Exhale with me. You’re right on time.

🌀 CYCLE OF CREATION PROMPTS (to build trust with your rhythm)

Let these become *almost* daily reflections to PLAY with

    • Date:
    • I’m on cycle day...
    • Current lunar phase:
    • Energy level rating (1–5) — and describe:
    • Creative flow rating (1–5) — and describe:
    • My body is feeling...
    • My mind is saying...
    • I choose to believe (affirm)...
    • Ta-da list (what I did, not what I should’ve):
    • Ways I experienced abundance (or another word that describes what you're wanting to feel in this season):
    • A moment to remember:

As always, I'd love to hear what stirs or lands for you in this conversation. And let me know if you end up tracking your own creative rhythm! Send me an unscripted voice note on IG (@nicolepasveer) and let me know!

P.S. Share this episode (or one of your faves) on IG and tag me @nicolepasveer to enter my birthday giveaway!

At the end of June, I’ll randomly draw someone to receive $100 off a session or bundle with me!

  • Finding fulfillment even when money isn't flowing in your business (82)

A little riff in the car sharing what’s been alive in my world lately and extending a gentle invitation to soften the grip, sprinkle in some silliness, and take a deep exhale.

Your business doesn't need to feel like a never ending and rigid self-improvement project to be successful

If you’ve been feeling the tension between wanting to build a sustainable business and secretly fantasizing about deleting Instagram… you’re not alone LOL. But I firmly believe that the pace we grow our business at IS the pace we maintain it at, so it's crucial we stop treating rest, play, and joy as something to earn

In this episode, I speak to:

    • Why fulfillment, satisfaction, and even joy don’t have to wait until your next big income month (yep, it’s safe to feel good now)
    • The real talk on craving external validation, and why it doesn’t make you needy or unevolved
    • How I’m unlearning the myth of “toxic consistency” while still showing up in a way that feels honest and grounded
    • The magic that unfolds when we let business be a little more playful, a little less serious

As always, I'd love to hear what stirs or lands for you in this conversation. Send me an unscripted voice note on IG (@nicolepasveer) and let me know!

  • MUSINGS + MAGICK: Embodiment Made Easy, Desire Made Holy, and Business Made to Nourish (MAY FULL MOON WITH LAUREN AND NICOLE)

Buckle up. This one’s a ride.

We honestly joked that the whole thing could’ve just been a blooper reel LOL but buried inside the Moana 2 quotes, pizza-cupcake metaphors, fat cat analogies, and all the giggles…

There’s something real here. Something tender. Something we both needed to say out loud, and maybe you needed to hear??

We hold our usual nuance and throughout this episode of Musings & Magick, we tumble through:

    • The guilt and shame around wanting “too much”
    • The difference between curated echo chambers and real, messy community
    • The tug-of-war between honoring our natural limits and still longing for more
    • Letting go of labels like “lazy” or “productive” and just meeting ourselves where we are

If you’ve ever felt like you’re too much or not enough…

If you’ve craved a life or business that doesn’t ask you to hustle through your exhaustion…

If you’ve wondered whether your desires were holy or selfish or both…

    This one’s for you.

    Take a deep breath, love.

This conversation is full of real life, big questions, sideways laughter, and sacred tangents. It’s messy. It’s nourishing. It’s a reminder that you’re not alone, and you’re not doing it wrong.

    Things We’re Chewing On:

    • “Everything can be medicine, everything can be poison.” (Thank you, Quiddist, inspired by her recent Beyond Dogma series)
    • The quiet ways we limit ourselves, and the wild permission of Mother energy to want more.
    • Why your business has to run through your own filter. (Seriously, are you baking cupcakes with a pizza recipe?)
    • Trusting your pace. Even when it’s slower than you expected. Especially then.

This episode is a soft rebellion.

A love song for your enoughness.

A nudge to come home to the wisdom of your body and the truth of your desire.

  • Decolonize Your Mind: Breaking Up with the Mind F*cks of Business, Motherhood + Neurodivergence w/ Tiff Dee (80)

What happens when you wake up to the lies you were raised on?

Welcome to the terrain of mind fcks we’re actively unfcking from LOL

This “unf*ckery” has a name.. it’s called an ontological shock, a new-to-me word (thanks tiff) that describes what happens when our foundational beliefs about who we are and our place within the universe unravel leaving us exposed to the void. It's a dizzying and disorienting experience, but ultimately an important catalyst for profound growth and understanding.

Tune into this unfiltered conversation with Tiff Dee to unpack what it really means to decolonize our minds, especially as late-identified neurodivergent women navigating motherhood, business, and a world not built for our brains or bodies

We get into the messy, layered truths of:

    • Neurodivergence: nervous system disability or superpower?
    • Postpartum sensitivity + sensory overwhelm
    • Gendered programming and toxic feminism
    • Hyper-independence masked as empowerment
    • Radicalization through motherhood, and witnessing a genocide front and centre on the world stage
    • The grief we hold as former nurses/teachers unconsciously reinforcing an oppressive system
    • The sneaky ADHD tax + time blindness
    • Evolution, burnout, and becoming
    • “Bounce back” culture in matrescence
    • The binary trap: “boss babe” vs. “barefoot and pregnant”
    • The zero-sum game: if I win, you lose

This one’s tender, fiery, and full of nuance.

Tune in with curiosity. Let it challenge you. Let it land!!

    MEET TIFF:

Tiff D’Amico is a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, perinatal mental health specialist, and placenta encapsulator. After experiencing a second-trimester loss, navigating IVF, planning a home birth that turned into a C-section, and getting slammed with postpartum anxiety, nothing about early motherhood came easy for her. It wasn’t until her neurodivergent diagnosis that the puzzle pieces finally clicked into place.

Now, she’s on a mission to help other moms avoid the spiral of postpartum anxiety—not with platitudes or Pinterest-perfect schedules, but with real-deal tools: placenta encapsulation, strategic postpartum planning, and consistent, judgment-free support throughout the fourth trimester. Tiff believes postpartum anxiety is not just a mental health issue—it’s a social construct rooted in capitalism, patriarchy, and colonialism. And she’s here to help moms build a life they can manage - and enjoy.

  • MUSINGS + MAGICK: Shedding the “Shoulds” and Illuminating the “Coulds” as Mother Entrepreneurs (APRIL FULL MOON WITH LAUREN AND NICOLE)

We all know about the “shoulds”, but what about the “coulds”?

In this episode we reflect on this sneaky feeling of always feeling “behind” despite logically knowing that time is just a construct.  We realize what’s actually happening is this feeling of lost potential and disappointment of not getting as much done as we wanted to. Which leads us to explore how we are already shedding the “shoulds” but what about the “coulds”?

The “I could be doing more”, “I could be working on this”, “I could’ve spent my time getting this done” etc.   As always we weave in our embodied and somatic perspectives into the conversation, and dissect the word ambition–what it actually means and how it’s been tainted by boss babe hustle culture.

The conversation beautifully gives a glimpse of the essence of living our values and integrity, balancing external pressures, and embracing authenticity in business and invites you to do the same. • STOP just "charging your worth" (76)

A spicy rant on the dogma of the "charge your worth" narrative in the coaching industry, particularly among (white) women entrepreneurs, and how it often fuels toxic competition and capitalism. Obviously there's nuance here. I'm not saying to undervalue yourself!

In this episode, I also share my decision to lower my prices, explore the nuances of choosing a pay in your own currency" pricing model, and the importance of intentionality and discernment in our financial exchanges.
