Today we are talking to Antonio Pascal a legend! The man behind the phenomenal prophecy of house , a brand that is established and has been at the heart of the house music revolution for many years.
Antonio, has also branched out and is part of a new collective called AFRO SOUL LONDON, providing a continued commitment to music and his loyal fan base.
Antonio also works mentoring young people in care, he has often referred to this as giving back. One of his core beliefs is that anyone can change. He is committed to helping young people navigate the complexities of life.
But life has not gone without its ups and downs for us all, and Antonio is no exception to the rule. For part of his life he has had challenges with abuse, addiction and crime and often uses his experience to help the young people that he mentors.
Patricia is an all round community advocate. working closely with victims of domestic violence. She is also a radio presenter and has recently launched her online show called “let’s Talk’
Patricia has an ethic that is hard to find these days, she believes that a community should be accountable for itself.
Her work has inspired hundreds of people to challenge and change their lives for the better.
James Wright is a motivation speaker and lifestyle coach. Up until 2011 James was uninspired, lazy and lacking any direction in life.
He says, it dawned on him to find his true purpose in life. That purpose was to help others to overcome the obstacles that stop them from success.
He then went from working a dead end job to running a million pound network marketing company.
James is now on a mission to help people find permanent, compelling reasons to keep moving forward.
We all need a push in life and today we speak to the man that can do just that.
Ken Barnes is also known as The L.E.A.N MindBody Coach.
He is first and foremost the proud Father of two girls that light up his life. Ken is a certified Health Coach who is passionate about making health simple and helping people to make health a habit. He is also an author of a number of books, a podcaster, trainer and social entrepreneur. A real life changing experience for Ken was looking in the mirror and feeling unwell and embarrassed by the way his body looked. This motivated him to lose 50lbs in six months, by doing this he reversed his prediabetes and also cured his sleep apnoea .Ken went on to write a book called ‘ The L.E.A.N MindBody Method’The book highlights the four protocols he used to move from being overweight, tired and sick to being lean, fit, and healthy. Ken also developed The L.E.A.N MindBody Method Behaviour Pathway a tried and tested 9- part framework which can assist you in becoming healthier and more productive.

It’s such a pleasure for him to agree to come back onto the show, I feel that there is a lot to be said for listening to people that have life experiences. Sometimes all we need is to know that we are not alone, and that no matter what your situation is, there is always an olive branch of support out there.

One of my fondest memories of Eddie was watching him in the Real McCoy and Desmond’s many years ago.
The real McCoy has recently been released again. That’s just how good it was. Eddie spends much of his time now presenting BBC London’s drive time show. A show that reaches millions of listeners every day.
