Columnist and film critic Richard Roeper joins Bob Sirott to talk about a recent report that ranks the worst cities for porch pirate thefts, with Chicago coming out on top and some tips to help prevent theft. He also discusses winter parking bans and why signage can be confusing, as well as all the rules for parking in areas around the city after snowfall.
