  • Think About Home
    Think About Home
    Chorus:
    Think about home, think about the Lord;
    Think of how He showed His love upon the Cross.
    When life hits you while you're running, remember what you're worth;
    You are so precious to Him—He gave His life for yours.
    Verse 1:
    The Lord can make a soldier out of the meek and lonely,
    His Word is full of life—once spoken, the weak stand boldly.
    He’s a mighty tower, a light for the lost;
    A shield and a buckler to the weak, a rest for the restless.
    Pre-Chorus:
    I see your heart longs for home, for peace within;
    Cast every burden at His feet, don’t try to hide.
    If this place feels far from where you belong,
    Call on the Father, pour your heart out in song. *Chorus*
    Verse 2:
    Try to call back home—it brings the Father joy;
    Tell Him all you're going through, pour it out in prayer.
    Don’t forget to open up when He comes knocking at your door;
    He dwells within your heart—let Him lead the way—
    Your soul, once more. *Pre-Chorus +Chorus*

  • Through the Thorns
    Through the Thorns
    Chorus:
    Yeah, yeah, He is my Hope! In Him, I am stronger.
    The Lord upholds my soul, my faithful Provider.
    I walk by grace, in His warm embrace.
    He’s the Way, the Truth, and the Life!
    I surrender to His will, my Rock and my Shield;
    In Him, I’ve found new Life.
    Verse 1:
    I got lost on my journey, no one came to console me,
    Drowning in tears through the journey, while they stood there and mocked me.
    I learned to cry through the night, wear a smile in the light,
    That liar tried to take my soul — I called the Lord, He made me bold.
    Pre-Chorus:
    My own choices dimmed the light within;
    Blinded, I stumbled through the thorns.
    But the Lord heard my cry — He lifted me up,
    And healed my wounds. *Chorus*
    Verse 2:
    I bow; I yield to Your will and command,
    How may I be of service to Your throne?
    I lay my all before You, Lord, yes, I surrender;
    How may I be of service to Your throne?. *Pre-Chorus + Chorus*

  • All Day with You
    All Day with You
    Verse 1:
    Weary from the day’s work, sitting alone in my quiet place—
    It may not be much, but to me this is home.
    I’ve been through the fire; been backstabbed, betrayed, and lied about,
    Yet I found my strength in the One above.
    Pre-Chorus:
    When the world despised me without a cause,
    And I wept in silence behind closed doors;
    I cried out for help, and Father, You heard my call,
    You came to my side and would not let my tears fall.
    Chorus:
    Hello, Father, I just want to thank You for this day.
    Thank You for Your new love each day—I know I’m never alone;
    You hold my trembling hands all day and tell me it’s okay. (2x)
    Verse 2:
    The world may seem to care, but it’s empty and cold;
    Only in You, Lord, do I find true joy.
    You guide me through the storm, O compassionate Lord,
    And lift my feet onto the path of life. *Pre-Chorus + Chorus*

  • The Witness
    The Witness
    Verse 1:
    What do I still lack? You formed me in Your likeness.
    You breathed into me a life that glows with echoes of Your heart.
    You said, “My child, you are ever present in My holy thoughts.”
    Let me live here as a witness — yet not be of this world.
    Pre-Chorus:
    You laid down Your life so I could live forevermore.
    You called me Your friend and opened wide the Father’s door.
    Chorus:
    You made me a witness of Your holy presence,
    And turned my weakness into strength.
    You humbled Your servant with holy grace,
    And made my weakness into strength.
    Verse 2:
    Enthroned in glory high above, You stole my breath with perfect love.
    Your love — I never have enough; take all of me, my life is Yours.
    Come and teach me all Your ways; my yielded heart obeys Your voice.
    Your love — I never have enough; forever Yours, and Yours alone. *Pre-chorus + Chorus*
    Bridge:
    Holy Father, take my heart — take all of me.
    My only Redeemer, awaken my soul to bless Your holy name. (2x) *Chorus*

  • Hands Raised in Surrender
    Hands Raised in Surrender was born from a moment of reflection on God’s unwavering mercy in the midst of my own struggles. I wanted to capture the journey of being lost in pride and rebellion, yet continually met with patience and love from the Lord. Each line is a testimony of God’s lifting hand, cleansing my soul, and guiding me to His presence. The pre-chorus embodies my personal act of surrender, a gesture that became the central theme and title of the song. The chorus is an outpouring of awe and declaration, asking who can compare to the God who heals and saves. Verse 2 serves as a reminder of Christ’s sacrifice, the redemption He offers, and the intimate restoration that follows. Ultimately, this song is a letter of praise and surrender, a musical reflection of a heart transformed by God’s mercy.

  • Here’s My Heart
    Here’s My Heart.
    Intro:
    You are my secret place, my faithful refuge;
    My strength, my shield, my only hope, O Lord.
    Verse 1:
    You shamed the world upon the Cross of loss,
    With arms opened wide, You made Your mercy call:
    “Come unto Me, My child — I paid it all.
    Dry your eyes, My child — go now, sin no more.”
    Pre-Chorus:
    Through Your blood, access to the Father was won;
    You broke the chains that once bound us all.
    Receive our praise — You alone we adore;
    Accept our hearts; let Your will be done.
    Chorus:
    Have my heart, take my all — here’s my heart, Lord.
    I surrender to You, Lord; take my all.
    I’ll worship You, O my God — here’s my heart, Lord.
    King of kings, have my heart; take my all.
    Verse 2:
    They lie in wait, anticipating my fall.
    They dug a grave, but it became their own.
    They sealed my road with boulders thick and tall,
    But Lord, You bore my weight and claimed me as Your own.
    Pre-Chorus:
    You said, “Press on, My dear child—
    Don’t turn, don’t look behind,”
    While the wicked choke within their snare.
    You said, “Fix your gaze on what is divine.”

    You Are My Chorus-Remix ft Moritz
    Verse 1:
    It’s a simple song to tell You that I love You
    For all the wonders You’ve done.
    I can’t contain this joy within me—oh, how I love You;
    You’ve left no stone unturned.
    Pre-Chorus:
    Over the moon, my spirit sails,
    For You are the shore where my soul is anchored.
    Take all of me—my heart and my soul;
    You are my hope and my assurance.
    Chorus:
    This is the chorus, Lord, where I pour out all my love and endless joy.

    You are my chorus, Lord — the beautiful One in my life, yes, Lord.
    Verse 2:
    What could I ever do without You, Father? You’re my whole world —
    The only fountain that sustains my soul.

    Roar of Redemption
    Chorus:
    Let us lift our praise, for we are the sons of a mighty Warrior,
    Who bore the Cross to save our souls and crown us with new life.
    Let us raise His Name, for we are the children of the Warrior—
    The Way, the Truth, the Life; in Him we are more than conquerors.
    Verse 1:
    Shout it from the highest rooftops,
    Jesus breaks the captives free.
    Sing it as we walk through valleys,
    Our God is holy, strong, and mighty.
    By His blood He bought our freedom, and placed the crown upon our heads—
    We are now His first love and triumph, called to live set apart. *Chorus*
    Verse 2:
    Though this fleeting life is borrowed,
    Our refuge rests beneath His shadow.
    He is our hope for now and ever,
    We rest beneath His shadow.

    You make me strong through every song;
    There’s nothing wrong with writing one more…
    Verse 1:
    In the darkest nights, You chose to shine and light my life.
    You set Your throne upon the heights, reached down Your hands and gave me life.

    When my heart resists, You soften my soul, and fold me in love to keep me warm.

    My steady flame when the winds arise.
    Though mountains stand and shadows fall,

    Born to Save the World
    Verse 1:
    Before the sun breaks through the sky, we praise the One who silenced every doubt.
    The Healer of our hearts shall receive our worship beyond the end of time.
    Who is like You, O Most High? Your thoughts alone give breath and life, O Lord.
    Who compares to the Most High—who sees the end from the start? It’s You, Lord.
    Chorus:
    Jesus, born to save the whole wide world,
    Through Your blood, You set the captives free.
    O Jesus Christ, You hold the whole wide world,
    By Your stripes, our weary hearts are healed.

    We shall march through the gates singing Hallelujah to the Prince of Peace, Our king.
    We shall exalt His holy name in all the nations, for none is like the Lord, our king.
    Jesus the Prince of peace, only You the world needs, King of kings, our Lord.
    Born to save the whole wide world, through Your blood You set all captives free, our God. *Chorus*

I am Richard Shekari, a multifaceted artist and humanitarian based in Abuja, Nigeria. Born on 11 April 1981 in Bauchi, my relationship with music began early in life, long before I fully understood how deeply it would shape my identity. What started as a simple involvement in church would eventually become the foundation of my artistic journey, guiding me through seasons of devotion, rebellion, discovery, and ultimately reconciliation between two very different musical worlds.
