In this episode, we cover COVID-19 again. Though we covered it in #10 To Panic, or Not to Panic, the pandemic hadn't exploded at that time. In this episode, we wanted to address just how big this pandemic has become since then. 

We talk about how and why the U.S. has done such a poor job of handling the virus, then compare it to the success Taiwan has had with handling it. This conversation takes us into politics, policies, and general cultural differences. 

Next, we discuss whether or not China should apologize to the rest of the world or not. This brought us to the WHO and whether or not we thought they were pandering to China, or if not, why it may have looked like that. 

Lastly, we talk about when we think the pandemic will end and how the world will look post-COVID-19. We speculate on what we think the virus might change, even after it's all over.

In this episode, Steve and Winnie talk about convenience stores in Taiwan. Convenience stores are important to most countries, but the services in Taiwanese convenience stores go above and beyond what is found in other countries. 

They talk about the density of stores like 7-11 and Family Mart. They also talk about their favorite services, some of which include paying bills, getting more phone data, and being able to send and receive packages. Finally, they move on to the strategies convenience stores use to retain customers. 

You don't need to be Taiwanese to enjoy this episode, though. These convenience stores are pretty novel and interesting, and it would be pretty amazing to see other countries adopt some of the same utilities and functions found in Taiwanese convenience stores.
