On today's episode of Ridiculously Creative, I'm sharing something a little different today that I feel like fits into the Ridiculously Creative motif - a Q&A session pulled from the YouTube channel on photography. I really enjoyed this episode, and whether you're a photographer or not I think you will too! There's a lot that goes into photography and I got to cover three great questions taken from my social channels that I think are absolutely dope! Enjoy!

Today, I want to talk about Relly Moorer's incredible video where he takes three photos and creates and amazing branded video for a client! We'll also discuss what the future looks like in the new "Pay-It-Forward" style Creative Economy and how you can find more creative work as a professional creative by focusing on making rather than selling. Let's kick it off!

The most polarizing topic of all time! Well, err, maybe not... What's the difference between art and design from a modern creative perspective? On today's episode we'll discuss these two competing and complementing terms as we compare art to design, the different elements of each, and how they function in our world today. Also, on today's podcast we hear a special word from Gabriel Girard...

This episode is a parody. Gabriel Girard is not a real person. Designs by Gabriel is not a real design agency. Any similarities to real life people or organizations is a coincidence.
On this episode of Ridiculously Creative, we discuss how societal trends have transformed the way we create over the years. Does the "latest thing" in media cause us to cling to the things that net us the most profit? If so, how does that compare to 100, 500, or 1000s of years ago? Does it affect you and how can we be more self-aware about the things that fuel our creativity? All this and more on today's episode!

On the very first episode of Ridiculously Creative, I share my views on the purpose and substance of creativity, why I feel like creativity needs a framework in order to have the best result, and why in contrast it also needs the freedom to fail and why that is so important. Let's dive in to the first episode!

On today's episode I'm talking about PROCESS! On the last episode I talked about two elements to the workflow framework; Process and Design. Process is all about how we understand problems. You're probably already approaching process as a way of understanding creative problems and don't even know it. As you gather inspiration and look at other solutions that people have created you're actually informing and furthering your understanding of the problem. Understanding the problem helps us to create better, high-quality, and more creative solutions during the design phase of what we do. I'm all about making better work!
