On today's episode I'm talking about PROCESS! On the last episode I talked about two elements to the workflow framework; Process and Design. Process is all about how we understand problems. You're probably already approaching process as a way of understanding creative problems and don't even know it. As you gather inspiration and look at other solutions that people have created you're actually informing and furthering your understanding of the problem. Understanding the problem helps us to create better, high-quality, and more creative solutions during the design phase of what we do. I'm all about making better work!
