  • What is Anger? (#15)

What is anger? Where does it come from? Have you ever been so consumed by emotion that you don't know how to release it? Have you punched a wall? A door? Thrown something? Screamed your loudest into oblivion? It's likely you aren't alone. Many people have experienced high emotions that they think is anger...but maybe it's not.

In this episode Jon and Tim discuss times in which they were angry and how they dealt with it. Jon gets really vulnerable (to the point he's uncomfortable even releasing this episode) by sharing some experiences he put himself in that created a mild traumatic experience for him. He still doesn't like talking about it. But he did.

This is our experience, hopefully you all can get something out of it and maybe get some peace that you aren't alone.
