Undisputed women’s female middleweight champion Claressa Shields became the fastest boxer to win titles in three different weight classes with her one sided decision victory over Ivana Habazin this past Friday night. After a slow week of boxing action with not many fights to recap, it seems the big story this week is Eddie Hearn claiming that he will suggest to DAZN to raise their monthly subscription rate from $20.00 per month to $50.00 per month. Hearn’s reasoning behind this logic is he believes that it will persuade subscribers to sign up for the discounted annual fee of $100.00 per month.

After fighting through some tough spots in rounds two and three Crawford took over and imposed his will on the rugged Kavaliauskas. Crawford finished the job in the ninth round where he scored a pair of knockdowns and forced the referee to wave off the bout.

Anthony Joshua exacted his revenge this past Saturday night in Saudi Arabia and regained his heavyweight title belts.
