RIPEcast by Space Cowboys

DJ Mes is our special guest on the Space Cowboys RIPEcast this week. DJ Mes delivered an unforgettable night at Wiggle Room, spinning a masterclass in jackin’ house. From deep grooves to high-energy crowd shakers, the dance floor was locked in from start to finish. Toronto showed up—and showed out. From the opening beat to the closing drop, DJ Mes seamlessly blended classic throwbacks with fresh cuts, creating a hypnotic soundscape for late‑night revelers. If you were there, you know. If you missed it... Don’t make that mistake twice.

I started making this mix series 11 years ago to celebrate my birthday and DJ anniversary. After a short break, I am pleased to bring the tradition back to life with Twenty-Two, celebrating my 50th birthday and 22 years of DJing. I usually set a lot of rules for programming these studio mixes but I let that all go for this mix and just chose what moved me. I hope it moves you too! I found the album cover quite fitting, which was taken at my 40th at the first ShOOnanigans 10 years ago!

I am excited to celebrate my 50th at Public Works SF on Sat 7/19! We have one of my favorite producers, Aylen, headlining along with special guests and my long-time friends Dulce Vita (Opulent Temple), Haute Mess (Brass Tax), and Nugz (Dusty Rhino). Space Cowboys DJs 8ball, Deckard, gLover, Kapt'n Kirk, Leyl Master Black, Rumblemunk, and your truly, will be shaking up the club on both floors and Maculate and Vizual Nektar will be on visuals!

Skip the FOMO, and get your tickets today!

Hello friends! Here’s my set from the 2025 Bottlerock roller rink — a cheeky, slightly shameful ride through bouncy remixes, edits, and mashups. Think of it as one big, extended Rick Roll: full of guilty pleasures, surprise flips, and rollerskating-ready controlled chaos. I had an absolute blast playing, and I can officially check “DJ a roller rink” off the bucket list.

Big love to the legends at HUSHconcerts and the Lululemon brand team for creating such a stunning activation!

On the RIPEcast this week longtime Space Cowboy Tamo. In her words, "I LOVE New Year's Day & playing at Breakfast of Champions is definitely one of my favorite places to DJ. Enjoy the mix!" XO Tamo

Featured this week another Space Cowboy who brings it. Every. Single. Time. A man who has never missed DJing a single Breakfast of Champions. The one and only Brad Robinson.

"It was another great New Year’s Day and the sunshine. Thanks to everyone that came out for Breakfast of Champions this year and those who stayed late to hear me play after the sun went down. Please check out the Sylvan Esso remix that I put together on the first track." -Brad Robinson

Breakfast of Champions is always been a special day of welcoming the new year with new and old friends and seeing our community come together in one place is magical! Although I have taken a step back from DJing and posting mixes, but without fail, BOC inspires me to keep on playing. If you were there with me on the dancefloor, I was seriously soaking in all your vibes... thank you all for making it such a memorable set!

Catch me next on 3/22/25 at 7th West in Oakland with Disco Donutz!
