Wondering whether you are on the right track!!- Yes you are- Don't Quit!! The world has always taught us to continue when people are clapping and recognizing you and to stop when no one is. We are here to tell you. Keep going, shake off that dust, invite God in what you are doing and keep doing you.

Just because men don't talk doesn't mean they are not going through issues and that they don't need to talk. They yearn for as much support as they can get!!.

'If I could describe God for myself, I would describe Him as Healer'To every girl who went through such, we pass our Love to you. God heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds!! IT IS WELL.

Self Image is the mental picture and attitude we have of ourselves. Truth is most of us have encountered things in life that bruise how we view ourselves and this can really affect our performance as individuals, as friends, as fathers, as sons, as husbands or wives. Good news is that, we can heal and its possible to be proud of yourself again. Healing is a process that doesn't stop. It's a journey.

Let’s talk about childhood trauma. Painful experiences that no one wants to talk about. Childhood trauma can be caused by very many things, Abuse, Neglect, accidents, substance abuse, divorce, name them has something lingered in your mind? in this episode, we will understand some of these ways and how to heal from it. We encourage you to brave up and heal. The truth is trauma affects almost every aspect of our Lives from Health, to relationships, our self-esteem and most time declutters a lot in our lives if we do not handle it. The shocking thing is that we learn to suppress everything as we grow up and act all okay while in real sense we are not.

Those who look to Him are radiant their faces are never covered with shame. God never leaves nor forsakes us, He is right there with you.

There are two important lessons I learnt or I am learning in this season. God is always with you!! and Friends are very important.

I was reading a book called Faith that Prevails written by my spiritual father pst……………………………….and the ending of the book stood out for me. That no matter what life throws at us, we know that we are fighting from a place of victory……………………….That our victory is guaranteed and we have 100% Victory. Do you know what this means, our speech should not be inclined with what we are going through in life because we know after the season of testing and trial we come out as gold. Our Speech should be directly proportional to our Faith because your words and how you keep speaking about your life, your situations tell us the measure of your faith.  Check Some of the people who have made it through difficult times in their lives, most probably, they did not look at what they were going through at that time ven through everything in their surrounding communicated………………..they spoke faith and looked at the future, believed against all hopes that they would eventually come out of that situation.

Stop looking at what other are doing,

Stop comparing yourself

Stop thinking that you are not enough because somebody did it that way and worked for them but yours is not working…………………………
