I know your heart is longing My encouragement to you as we leave is that God still has a good plan for you so Be still and know that He is God!!

Many people are still struggling with Identity, that's why most young people fashion, celebrities, work place, friends, parenthood, ministry. Most times we tend to identify ourselves with our accomplishments.

So to me my Identity is in Christ, I am a product of God. And the fact that God is constant.........he doesn't change whether I an successful or not......A son of God.

Do you know that you didn't begin when you were born??? You were formed long before your came into this world. Look at Jer 1:5 God knew about you waaaay before you even came to existence, he had you in mind.

Healthy friendships are built upon healthy Expectations. Quit giving people the power for your own joy. Be realistic on your Expectations and ask for what you also can give.

In honour of mental health awareness month, we bring on board a person who knows the meaning of being in an addiction, living with it BUT finally healing through it. Healing is a journey bit IT IS POSSIBLE. Conversations that matter with James wetu & Fridah Wachira.

What are you anxious about? Are you feeling like you are behind your timeline? Do you look at your peers and wish that you had the life they had? We all have expectations about our lives and what we qould wish to accomplish. I am sure is ypu are in your early twenties, or thirties or forties, there is a picture you have of your future. I have personally have plans, aspirations and dreams of how I want my future to unfold but wait a minute do we take some time and appreciate what we have now??

Your level of life is dependent to your level of gratitude. Its so easy to focus on what is not working. I know sometimes life can be present you with very difficult situations until we see that there is nothing to be grateful for.........................

The more you think about what is not working, the more you attract negative energy in your life..............

There is always something in life to be grateful for.

What are you grateful for? How often do you thank God for what you already have and what is yet to come? Do you thank God for who he is? If we were to rate your complaining mode and the tines you tell God thankyou which will have more weight?? Do you give thanks in all circumstances or God remains good as long as things are working out for you?

Compromise is when we do things and suppressing your own needs and morals in order to please others, its where one person must do away with their morals and the other comes up then you guys meet somewhere in between 8there is mutuality) Compromise is also accepting standards that are lower than desirable and that’s the place of compromise we will deal with today. sacrifice on the other hand does not go against your authentic self a good example is going for ziplining even though you fear it but because your friend loves that and it’s their birthday, you can just sacrifice your day and your fears and go with them. Now that’s positive compromise but here is the thin line When you begin losing your sense of peace, values, joy, morals and peace it starts becoming compromised.  In sacrifice, you see the betterment of the other person and the bigger picture. Sacrifice is one way while compromise is mostly two ways but involves one party negating their morals and beliefs.

Physical boundaries, Emotional boundaries, sexual boundaries, time and financial boundaries are some of the boundaries we can embrace for success in our lives and relationships what I know is that all of us have something to deal with or rather some boundaries we need to improve. It could be you need to be more assertive with your emotions or time or your personal space. I know Relationships exist on a spectrum and that is why boundaries are an important part of our lives if we are to live peaceably with everyone.

Many people have actually been taught not to communicate their boundaries. Yet, when boundaries aren’t communicated, relationships can fill up with dissatisfaction and grief.
