Has Social Media Made Us Hypocrites? It doesn't take very long of interacting with the Internet to realize that people seem... different. More fighting, arguments, and mean words are exchanged than anywhere else. In fact, we often can't imagine some of these things uttered in the "real world." But why is it that the Internet brings out the worst in even believers? And how should we act online as believers?

The world teaches us to be scared of demons, that they don't exist, that it's taboo to cast them out, and that psychology has completely replaced the need to consider dealing with them spiritually. But what does the Bible say? What did Jesus do?

There are few things as devastating as a betrayal, an attack on the innocent, or a slanderous lie. Perhaps that is why our first desire is to often take revenge on the perpetrators. Jacob’s sons avenged their sister Dinah’s rape, but were they in the right? How are we to react when we, or someone we love, is wronged?

After churches delaying Merilyn’s baptism, she sought God with tears as she didn't know where to turn to get baptized. God gave Abraham the famous promise of an offspring as many as the stars. But it seems that his wife would never conceive as she grows older and older. By a miracle, she does. Their son Isaac would have the same struggle with his wife. And their son, Jacob, would have the same struggle. How could God promise a numerous offspring, yet barren women continue down the family line? Would such a promise not require fruitful women, above all else? When it comes to God's promises for our lives, we would expect all things to work together for His will. But why doesn't it? And when it seems that everything that matters most goes wrong, where will our faith go?

On TikTok, a Muslim evangelist is preaching that this is life is but a Test with a destination: "Hellfire or Paradise." She ends with a seemingly great solution within Islam on how to enter Paradise. But is Islam's "great solution" for salvation enough?
