In this edition of TRECcast, we chat with CBRE’s Jack Fraker on what it takes to ‘Rise to the Top!’ Fraker was a panelist during our Young Guns Rising to the Top networking event in November, and he stopped by the TREC offices to talk about his career, what he looks for when hiring commercial real estate professionals, and how he navigated the Great Recession of the last decade.

Fraker has been part of the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years. He is vice chairman and managing director of CBRE Global Industrial & Logistics and leads the company’s practice here in the U.S. He’s also leased or sold over 815 million square feet and approximately 6,600 acres of development sites in more than 60 U.S. cities and in Mexico, Europe and South America. He has consistently ranked as a top national producer in investment sales, representing some of the largest corporations, pension fund advisors and REITs in the country.
