President Donald Trump is due to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday, while Israeli officials hold indirect talks with Hamas in Qatar aimed at a U.S.-brokered hostage-release and cease-fire deal for Gaza. Trump said on Sunday there was a good chance such a deal could be reached this week. Netanyahu said he believed his discussions with Trump would help advance the talks in Qatar.
