Our Host, Lori La Bey will be talking with Mike Hamilton who has been working with the UK’s National Health Service in a technology supplier capacity for over 16 years.  Mike’s passion is to not only improve patient care via improvements in service and financial performance, but also by supporting frontline staff to deliver a higher quality of person-centered care by using alternative therapeutic and patient experience interventions alongside traditional clinical interventions.  In April of 202 Mike joined the business team of My Improvement Network, which we will be talking about today.
