As preparations get underway for the kick off to Euro 24, members of RNIB's peer support groups got together to discuss the build up to the tournament and their all important predictions for the eventual winners.

Sight Loss charity British Blind Sport, are supporting McDonald’s Fun Football to deliver free football sessions to UK-based blind and partially sighted children who are aged five to 11.

Barry Snell caught up with British Blind Sport's Head of Sport and Development,  Ian Isham, to find out more.

The game of blind golf is growing around the world and there are many charities that will help you to play for fun, or even play in national and international competitions.

Goalball UK’s Performance Pathway Programme is benefitting players across the country, both on and off the court. Hywel Davies caught up with one of the pathway’s newest members to talk goalball, fundraising and marathon running.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is movement, from small simple things like dancing around your kitchen or going out for a walk to doing martial arts and doing a tandem ride.
