Training sessions are underway in North Wales for the area’s first Goalball side. Hywel Davies has been hearing how preparations have been going and how you can get involved, both on and off the court.

Dance can be a great way to not only move your body, but also socialise, and express yourself. And it’s even greater when it’s inclusive.

Joining our Paulina Kuchorew to chat about Unbound Dance Theatre, a new inclusive dance company, is their artistic director Sandrine Monin and one of their VI performers and board members Helen Davies.

Goalball UK’s Performance Pathway Programme is benefitting players across the country, both on and off the court. Hywel Davies caught up with one of the pathway’s newest members to talk goalball, fundraising and marathon running.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is movement, from small simple things like dancing around your kitchen or going out for a walk to doing martial arts and doing a tandem ride. 

Today, our Paulina hears about an inclusive judo club in Scotland with John Kane from Hamilton Judo Club Inclusion.
