Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men, even when they exercise influence and not authority: still more when you superadd the tendency or the certainty of corruption by authority. There is no worse heresy than that the office sanctifies the holder of it. That is the point at which … the end learns to justify the means.

John Emerich Edward Dalberg-Acton, 1st Baron Acton, in a letter to an Anglican bishop Mandell Creighton (April 5, 1887)

Vaccines are the backbone of the entire Pharmaceutical Industry. The vaccinated children become customers for life.

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny

From pop culture, television, movies, and music to the food, land, air, water, and sky, everything around us seems to be under siege, and the target of corruption. Such a claim sounds sensational until one steps back and examines the odds objectively, of every ‘accident’ always in favor of further decline and degradation – in spite of the ‘age of progress’. Under such circumstances, one can’t help thinking of passages like this:

And the nations were enraged, and Your wrath came, and the time [came] for the dead to be judged, and [the time] to reward Your bond-servants the prophets and the saints and those who fear Your name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth. [emphasis added]

Revelation 11:18 [NASB]

Not to mention, this begs the philosophical question; whither evil?

The finest trick of the devil is to persuade you that he does not exist.

(Paraphrased in The Usual Suspects as “The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.”)

Charles Baudelaire, Le spleen de Paris (1862)

Beginning here, today's broadcast is a somewhat loose collection of thoughts, and pursuant discussions along related lines.

Jordan Peterson's observations (from The Productivity of War ca. 17:20) on three “character logical elements” as primary “causal elements in the genesis of mental illness and suffering”:

* Arrogance: I already know enough.

* Deceit: I can twist the fabric of reality, in my favor, for my individual wants, and I can get away with it (which goes along with pride and arrogance).

* Resentment:

* The world is tragic (which is of course true).

* The world is unjust and tragic (which is more debatable).

* The injustice and tragedy of the world is aimed at me specifically and unfairly (well that's just not true at all).

One particular consequence of the onrush of power and invention in our time, is the release of a great flood of human energy in the form of unemployed young people. This is a primary factor of the general political instability.

…

In the technically crude past, the illiterate Have-nots were sweated and overworked. It was easy to find toil to keep them all busy. Such surplus multitudes are wanted no more. Toil is no longer marketable. Machines can toil better and with less resistance.

H. G. Wells, The New World Order (1939) Chapter V. Unsated Youth

We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita: Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and, to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds." I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.

Robert Oppenheimer, The Decision to Drop the Bomb (1965) television documentary interview regarding the Trinity test

You can't understand the human capacity and desire for atrocity without viewing it through a metaphysical lense. You can't understand someone like Eric Harris, or the countless others who are possessed so to speak in exactly the manner that he was, without using dramatic or religious language because you cannot formulate either the question nor the answer with enough profundity without that kind of representation. … you'll never understand the desire for atrocity, without coming to grips with the problem of evil.

Though not directly stated, today's discussion generally centers around health; a healthy mind, body, and soul - and the coordinated, unrelenting attacks thereon. Today in America, we live in a state of increasingly pervasive efforts to destroy the vast majority of Americans, through a variety of nefarious means. The subject is overwhelming, but hopefully the discussion of it is not, insofar as it shines a bright light on what is happening - and being done - to undermine the health and well-being of all.

An illustrative example is rooted in MIT Senior Research Scientist, Dr. Stephanie Seneff's landmark research on the deleterious effects of vaccines and glyphosate separately, let alone combining them. Citing her research, for example Dr. Mercola sounds the alarm on IBS / IBD as well as the cytochrome P450 (CYP) / shikimate pathway among numerous other citations. According to this research, nearly all of the chronic health problems attributed to the Western diet may be linked to ...
