Give me the liberty to know, to utter, and to argue freely according to conscience, above all liberties.

John Milton, Areopagitica: A Speech for the Liberty of Unlicens'd Printing, to the Parliament of England (November 23, 1644)
Liberty is meaningless where the right to utter one's thoughts and opinions has ceased to exist. That, of all rights, is the dread of tyrants. It is the right which they first of all strike down. They know its power. Thrones, dominions, principalities, and powers, founded in injustice and wrong, are sure to tremble, if men are allowed to reason of righteousness, temperance, and of a judgment to come in their presence. Slavery cannot tolerate free speech.

Frederick Douglass, Plea for Free Speech in Boston (June 8, 1880)
Freedom of speech and its democratic corollary, a free press, have tacitly expanded our Bill of Rights to include the right of persuasion.

Today we’re talking about perspective, in particular, and why it’s important to understand the Machiavellian machinations afoot.
The prospect now before us in America, ought in the same manner to engage the attention of every man of learning, to matters of power and of right, that we may be neither led nor driven blindfolded to irretrievable destruction. Nothing less than this seems to have been meditated for us, by somebody or other in Great Britain. There seems to be a direct and formal design on foot, to enslave all America. This, however, must be done by degrees. The first step that is intended, seems to be an entire subversion of the whole system of our fathers, by the introduction of the canon and feudal law into America.

John Adams, A Dissertation on the Canon and Feudal Law (1765)
[Sounds very similar to what Congressman Jim Traficant said on the House floor back in 1993.]
You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before.

Rahm Emanuel on the Opportunities of Crisis, Wall Street Journal CEO Council in Washington, D.C. (November 19, 2008)
Ever since the Club of Rome published The Limits of Growth (1972)12 followed by The First Global Revolution (1991)3 which in turn spawned Maurice Strong's 1992 Rio Earth Summit call for a 'rewilding' of the North American continent, returning to 'pre-Lewis & Clark era' population distribution, we've heard about the specious threat of 'global warming'. We've seen other Bernaysian styled propaganda campaigns along the same lines, like the ostensible benefits of vaccines which we've been discussing this week, and the fabrication of data to belie the explosion of autism cases and rates in recent years.

For further reference, here's some (additional) perspective along the same lines, from Montana Trivia (2005) by Janet Spencer (p. 47):
    Q. Of all the water used in Montana, what percentage is used for irrigation?
    A. 96 percent, compared to 1.8 percent for domestic purposes.

    Q. In 1960, Norman “Jeff” Holter of Helena invented what currently used medical device for which he never accepted any money?
    A. The Holter Heart Monitor, used to record heart function during a variety of activities.
So it turns out all this water ‘scarcity’ nonsense might not be all it’s cracked up to be, like the aforementioned ruses, and I guess obscene profit-making doesn’t always have to be priority number one after all…

And for those unwise to the contrived global warming threat, combined with the MILOPS engineering of weather, consider the remarks of Senator Claiborne Pell, along with H.R.2977 - Space Preservation Act of 2001.

For more perspective on the Machiavellian influences at work in social change, we turn our attention to the subject of Color Revolution,

However combinations or associations of the above description may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.

George Washington, Farewell Address (September 19, 1796)
…the essential features of that individualism which, from elements provided by Christianity and the philosophy of classical antiquity, was first fully developed during the Renaissance and has since grown and spread into what we know as Western European civilisation—the respect for the individual man qua man, that is the recognition of his own views and tastes as supreme in his own sphere, however narrowly that may be circumscribed, and the belief that it is desirable that men should develop their own individual gifts and bents.

Friedrich Hayek, The Road to Serfdom (1944) chapter 1. The Abandoned Road
To the great apostles of political freedom the word had meant freedom from coercion, freedom from the arbi- trary power of other men, release from the ties which left the individual no choice but obedience to the orders of a superior to whom he was attached.

Friedrich Hayek, The Road to Serfdom (1944) chapter 2. The Great Utopia
And so it is to the printing press--to the recorder of man's deeds, the keeper of his conscience, the courier of his news--that we look for strength and assistance, confident that with your help man will be what he was born to be: free and independent.

John F. Kennedy, Address before the American Newspaper Publishers Association (April 27, 1961)

Revisit Rhonda's 2/19 [yesterday] call on first hand testimonial stories. 'Would it help?' Yes - BUT, only in a specific format. What do I mean? In fact, we already have innumerable such resources. And yet, we know how the story goes - and it's always 'the same old story'. Whether it's the latest mother of a child permanently injured or killed by a flu shot crusading against big pharma, or 'Guillain-Barre Syndrome Survivor' story (YT vid) or [other examples] or Dr. Daniel Neides testimony, it's only after the fact, in spite of overwhelming evidence that would inform the public to the contrary of big pharma propaganda.

Guillain-Barre Syndrome Survivor Story - Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom

The problem is, it's the same old story. And unless something changes, unless the vicious cycle of towing the propaganda line, only to become the next victim or parent or guardian of a victim turned crusader, unless this pattern of errant behavior

Returning briefly to the discussion of 'books vs. the internet' so to speak. So much of the internet is shifting sand. Again, the ironic paradox here is that the same companies; Google, IBM, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, et al, the technology companies who lead the discussion of and ...

Hang on, didn’t people used to be terrible at brushing their teeth?
You might think that our ancestors’ poor oral hygiene would make them more susceptible to Alzheimer’s, assuming that P. gingivalis is indeed responsible. But in the past, fewer people would have reached old age when Alzheimer’s rates increase. In the UK, for instance, about 30 per cent of people over 90 have dementia, but only 3 per cent of 70-75-olds.
