Studies have consistently shown that people getting ready for retirement don't have an accurate sense of how much money they're actually going to receive from Social Security. So today, we're going to try to help and clear up some of those few misconceptions about Social Security.

We're in interesting political times, interesting economic times, and as we meet with folks, one of the big things people are obviously trying to figure out is what's gonna happen with this stock market.

So the word annuity just brings up, some people think it's the most evil thing that's ever been created on the face of the earth, there's people who advocate for it dramatically and think it's the greatest thing that's ever been created, and what I try to share with people, and again our show is based on education right, we want to be advocates, we want to educate, we want to start conversations, we want to clear up misconceptions, things of that sort.
