Laurie took a road trip to Asbury Park, NJ to visit the Asbury Park Festhalle & Biergarten making national headlines. We talked to beer expert Peter Borovivka as he schooled us on some of their popular summer brews. Then Laurie talked beer and food pairing strategies with Chef James Avery who many may know from the show Hell’s Kitchen. Managing Owner Jennifer Lampert explained the social benefits of this traditional Biergarten where you can’t use the WiFi even if you ask pretty please–Drink, Chat and Connection is the focus here!
