We're coming out of the wilderness!  

Isaiah 40:1-5

Having a laser focus on the most important thing sounds like a worthy resolution.  What is that perfect, most important, most valuable thing?  This sermon highlights Paul's words that the thing that has "surpassing worth", in greek his "super thing" is knowing Christ.   Let God's gift of righteousness, and his heart to take hold of us motivate us to have our laser focus being on knowing Jesus.  Let God's heart to pursue us and take hold of us quicken our spirits to strive and press on towards that goal.  Resolution 2021:  Let Jesus be our super thing!  Let us move forward, press on towards, and zero in on knowing God this year.
