The Supreme Court is now hearing oral testimony that could determine the fate of #Obamacare. Texas is weighing whether the individual mandate, which penalized people for refusing to sign up for Obamacare, violates the constitution. And if this is found to be the case, there’s a push to label Obamacare unconstitutional in its entirety.
