Adam MacDougall is a former NRL star and won two premierships with the Newcastle Knights. Since retiring, Adam has turned his attention to helping men become fitter and healthier, and he outlines how to achieve this in his new book, The Man Plan. Adam spoke with us about the book and what inspired him to write it. He tells us how you can become fitter and stronger by exercising for just ten minutes a day, and how overhauling your diet doesn't mean cutting out the foods you love forever.
