Your Ability to adapt

The only thing that is curtain is change and to get where you want in the world your ability to adapt is what separates failures from those of success. Human are the most adaptable creatures on the planet, yet I don’t care how old you are there will come a time probably many were your lack of a want to change will hold you back. It happens to every one again and a again but the ones that win are the ones that adapt fast and that turn disrupts on there head and face them head on, turn situations into new possibility’s. three components of adaptability. Cognitive flexibility, emotional flexibility and dispositional flexibility. Basically to adapt you have to have flexibility. You have to be like water forming to any situation being flexible incorporating different thinking strategies into planning and day to day activity’s. Once you know your why you can understand that situations may arise where times get hard or simple things can become complex but be able to adapt and change is the only way to get through this world. You got be like neo in the matrix and when life throughs bullets at you just doge that shit cause there’s is no spoon and being about to adapt when you have control over your life not letting life have control of you. Emotional flexibility is when you have to deal with your emotions or others emotions. Emotions are just chemicals acting out in peoples lives some times there important and some times there just throwing you for a loop learn how to step back and ask your self am I emotionally flexible right now or am I being thrown for a loop. Also a emotionally flexible person also sees and can take other peoples emotion into consideration understanding that not every one has control of there emotions all the time and can use there emotions it impower or incurige things in there self or others around you. Be emotionaly flexible in all areas of your life. Dispositional flexibility. Operate from a place of optimism grounded in realism and openness. They will acknowledge a bad situation but simultaneously visualize a better future. They are neither blindly positive nor pessimistic and defeatists flexible people see change as an opportunity rather than as a threat or danger.

Your Power

The truth is most people live small lives never knowing how powerful they truly are most people live in there limited beliefs never trying to reach out. You can do anything you put your mind to. See things happen in our lives when we try to do the impossible and suddenly the impossible can become possible as long as we work relentlessly and diligently on it. The problem is most people don’t even try, they put off the dreams, they slack off, they piss away there opportunities and then they wonder why there lives suck when all they had to do was become worthy of what you want. If you want success then be successful every day conquer each minute and hold no hostages this is your life there’s no stunt doubles there no rehearsals every day you show up and you flex your power. Your power is limitless yet so many people tell them selves or are just plan ignorant to the reality that they can have anything be anyone and go anywhere. They say they want to travel but they don’t have the money when the truth is people have traveled all over the planet with out money for thousands of years. Or people say well I cant work on my dreams because I have family, yet there have been thousands of books written about people that have families in much worse situations then you that have done incredible things. Any problem you face there’s probably a person or a book that has the answer you seek. Any lack you feel you have if you just go forth with faith and trust that it will come to you then it will be there for you. You have so much power all you have to do is use it.

Understanding Your Self

You’re a built of what you think about, what you do and what your put into your body. So who are you? Now is when you stop living in fantasy and take responsibility for where you are in life and take a hold of where you are going. So lets be grateful for every experience we have had up to this point and put it behind us and start to focus on who the creative genius you are becoming is going to be like. Lets reverse engineer are selves if we were the unleashed creative genius we want to be. What will your life be like? what will you be creating? Now what do you have to do everyday to become that person? Say you want to be a creative genius author. What does that look like? What do you were, how do you act, who are the people you interact with. Now if that’s where your going its time to trim off the bad fruit and start being that person. Start being the creative genius you see yourself being. If you can understand who your are when you are your best then its probably time you be your best self. That’s you now.

Action step: reverse engineer your best self. See your self achieving your biggest goal and write out each step you took to get there.
