Special Counsel Robert Mueller made his first public comments in two years since the beginning of the Russia investigation.  In his remarks he recapped some of his findings and made two things clear, Russia did interfere in the election and his report does not exonerate the president from obstruction of justice…DOJ policy prohibits him from charging a sitting President.
