What should we do when the emotion arises
When strong emotion come in, we should realize that it is not permanent and it constitutes only a tiny part of our life.

We need to accept and confront all circumstances, be brave.
We must withstand the results of the difficult situations, no matter how difficult they are, when they become the fact.
The reluctance and sorrow will increase our burden, which is not conductive to the improvement of the situations.

当境界来时,怎么办
种种境界的逼迫,只是生活的某一个片段;
且有时外境并不是那么可怕,只是此时心力处于低点,
一下子就感觉四面八方全是压力,自己要扛不住了。
如果我们把这一个瞬间的感受当作真实的,
下了定义并执著其中,就会越来越难过;
反之,思维一切都是在变化的,不去反复想困难,心就能平静。
我们很容易因为别人的一个行为备受伤害,
那是我们只从一个角度来看待问题。
换更多的角度去思考,
自己就能放下许多怨恨、获得更多成长,
能够将一件不好的事情转变为让生命更好的养分。
一切境界都去接受,勇敢面对。
已经成熟的果相,哪怕再苦也得咽下,
内心的不情愿和哀愁只会加重心理负担,无益于境况的好转。
最好的面对,就是在苦境之中种乐因,
念念朝着希望去努力,转心才能转境。
