A lot of traffic is expected around Balboa Park and Downtown San Diego, as the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon is taking place this morning. San Diegans are heading to the Mexican Consulate in Downtown to cast their ballots for Mexico's Presidential Election. UC San Diego's academic workers, who are part of the UAW Union, plan to walk off the job tomorrow. Here's NBC 7's Jackie Crea with the top stories of the day.
