When is a cider more than a cider?  When it's a Salted Margarita cider.  Yep, you heard that right...This drink is so good you'll forget it's a cider!

A science nerd creates a cidery and uses his knowledge of fermentation to make one of the best ciders in San Diego.  Today we kick off a week of hanging out with Sean Harris from Serpentine Cider and pick his brain about not only what he makes but also what he's listening to.

All week we've been drinking with Chris Banker from Barrel and Stave and it took me till Friday to remember why I know his name!  Chris was the homebrewer that created the O.G. recipe for Xocoveza.  He's brought it back to it's homebrewing roots as we enjoy it tonight.

Single hop session hazy IPA.  If that's not enough to convince you to enjoy this beer from Barrel and Stave, it also uses a hop called Vista!  Made in Vista, with a hop called Vista...magic is at work here.
