Explore the magic of a reverse bucket list to celebrate your life so far and gain insight into what makes your heart happy. It's extra helpful when you're feeling a little lost or not sure what's next in life.
If 1 January doesn't have you revved up and raring to go, you might be on a totally different energetic calendar to the traditional January to December flow. In today's episode, I've shared 2 other 'new year' energies you might be aligning with, as well as an invitation to tune in and see when your year energetically begins. Enjoy!
In this episode I share a simple and super powerful question you can ask yourself in any moment to bring you back to the present. Enjoy the magic.
I felt really called to do an oracle card for us as a community today so I pulled a couple of cards and recorded an audio blending information from the guide book with channelled magic to support us for the week (or so) to come. There's been so much shifting recently with the full moon, Arcturian gateway/portal and the upcoming eclipse season, as well as lots of Venus energy causing us to question ourselves when it comes to love in all forms (especially self love). I thought it would be a great way for you to get a feel for what it's like to have a card reading with me too! I hope there's some magic in there for you and if you'd like to book a reading, just email me at [email protected] as I haven't even set up a fancy sales page for it yet. :) And if you're looking for pics of the cards or guide book information from the oracle deck it's in this google drive folder.
I was watching a movie recently called "Mrs Harris Goes to Paris" (and I'm currently extra in love with all things Parisian because I'm learning French) and in it there was a lovely little practice I just had to share with you. Check out the magic and play along with me. :)
I've been reading "The Art of Living" by Thich Nhat Hanh and in it he shares the idea of 'smiling to your out breath'. This gave me an idea to weave the practice of smiling into moments of conscious breathing throughout the day and it's been truly marvellous. In this episode of the podcast, I'll guide you through a short 'smiling breath' meditation so you can experience the magic too. I hope you enjoy it.
What's your relationship with rest? And are you getting the rest you really need? In today's super short episode, I share a quote I came across about rest that inspired some curious questioning about what rest looks and feels like in my life. I've shared all the magic here so you can explore your own relationship with rest and, where needed, give it a little loving recalibration so you can feel replenished. Enjoy!
When I was eating breakfast this morning I noticed my mind was everywhere BUT on my food. Making lists, planning my day or moving into 'worry mode'. It got me thinking about how many things we do every day (or even multiple times a day) that we pay zero attention to. From that, it inspired me to share a snippet of the experience as well as some questions you can explore about where you're living consciously versus unconsciously and where you might like to bring a little more mindfulness to your life.
How much of your life is spent on autopilot versus actually living? And what does it mean to you to be 'present'?
As part of my Five Year Plan, I've been playing with presence and in this episode I share some personal experiences, observations and invitations about being in the present, including a little tip that helped me get out of my monkey mind and into the moment.
I also share some insights about being in the physical body (whether that feels entirely foreign, super comfy or somewhere in between) as well as some questions you can use to tune into how you feel in your body and being.
I hope you enjoy it.
Appreciating what you already have and chasing the beauty of the new are not mutually exclusive. You don’t have to choose one or the other. They can co-exist in harmony - and when they do, they’re sure to bring a whole lot more magic to your experience of creating change.
In this episode I posit a juicy question for you to ponder and share a little about my own exploration of revelling in the magic of the moment while simultaneously casting my vision towards the future.
