Ensign Zinn frightens a guard with a fraudulent radioactive name tag, Dr. Delesion continues his experiments on Cadet Billy, and Dr. Dankmeme needs medical pamphlets.

Dr. Dankmeme, a scary therapist type, boards the Knausgaard, while Dr. Delesion boards the Vanguard and begins experimenting on Cadet Billy.

Lt. Linley tries to arrest Ensign Zinn, while Cadet Billy is ordered to oil the android, Eugene 2000.

Cadet Billy is to be bossed around by the Vanguard's android, while Cadet Cindy and Ensign Zinn raid the Space Force supply warehouse to compensate for budget cuts.
