I played Allergies last week and was attacked by them- damn weakling I am becoming, lol!I'll start with an Adult Section, then a case of Heebie Jeebies and Nerves.And finally get around to the matter of Pills.Then it's time for a Compound Fracture.You can't grow up without a Broken Bone!The Final Episode after this will let the Healing Begin.Can I get an Amen, lol?

This lighthearted look at Maladies that might cause a Doctor Visit continues.All of these can be treated at a Hospital, some exclusively.In the case of Allergies, I've got song lyrics that describe one in the most awful way possible, "Something is living on my skin"...hahahahaha!Anybody remember Heart Attack by the Blues Magoos?Not nearly as serious as the title would imply.I'll close it all out next week with a few more Ailments and some Healing!

I should say if you do you have an actual Doctor Visit coming up, I wish you well- all my good thoughts go with you.In the vast majority of cases, things are simply taken care of, like with me!As promised last week, some Ailments that would make you go for a Doctor Visit.For instance Trouble Breathing.And how about the Common Cold, Flu, Fever...Chills AND Fever?Maybe some Chokin' I don't know about, lol!And some other simple Ailments that may cause a Trip To The Doctor.There have been a lot of them in the History Of Rock & Roll!And they are no problem in Song, don't hurt a bit!

A lot of talk about Healthcare lately- I've got just a brief serious thought until we get to some playful Music.Then the realization the Doctors we have visited have for the most part been Anonymous.It’s time to Name Names!Finally closing with some Doctors of a more Musically Abstract Character.Honestly, both halves of this Show were very unusual, even by my Free-Form standards, or lack of them, lol!Next week, some Ailments that would make you go for a Doctor Visit.Give a listen!

A return Doctor Visit was called for, I am not satisfied with our treatment yet.A few people asked me if I would include Witch Doctors.Sure why not?And a major Medical Discovery- Apples aren’t the only thing that can Keep Doctors Away!But can’t keep Sexually Transmitted Diseases Away!I recorded this first half hour on a Saturday morning, and I remember thinking, “Man, if I listen to this tomorrow, will I think I was delirious doing it?”Still feel that way, it’s...uh...peculiar, lol!Let’s see how this Chapter goes.

As the 4th Of July fast approaches, I'll go off on a mini-rant on Patriotism.What the hell happened to it?This country has done more good in the world than any other, and continues to do so.It's not taught in the schools anymore, but our History has never been easier to get.All you need to do is seek it out!As is sometimes the case, I didn't have time to do the show all in one shot- I did the second half the day after the first.This being Free-Form Radio, since it was a new day, I was in a new mood, and both the Music and I will reflect that.In fact, my snarly attitude may provide a revealing side of me and an entertaining Chapter, lol!Happy 4th Of July!And Happy Birthday America!

We are just a few days away from Independence Day...or the 4th Of July for those who haven't connected them!Alright, enough of that- I'll save my rowdy ways for Part Two, in this here Part One I am nice.I have mentioned before that Engineer Ken Stanley and I were always reluctant to play very LONG Songs when I used to go to the station.The suits left us alone, but we didn't want to draw attention to ourselves.Now I am alone picking the Music at home.So in BOTH halves expect to hear a lengthy track.As always, I try to present these Rockollections shows with a slightly different look at things.Hopefully, that works out to a surprise or two for you.Tell you one thing, that Long Cut in here is very appropriate, and used to get a LOT of airplay back in the Free-Form FM Radio days.Enjoy!
