One of the issues that farmers and ranchers have been facing since at least the 1980s is the struggle to independently own their family farmlands. Bill Bullard was my guest on this episode of the Rocky Mountain Freedom Zone.

Bill is the CEO of R-Calf USA, which is the largest cattle producer-only trade association dedicated to ensuring the continued profitability and viability of the U.S. cattle and sheep industries. Bill and I talked about a very troubling issue many people who deal with cows will be facing in the next few weeks. It isn’t just ranchers that will be affected either. Bill anticipates a major battle between some of the state courts, all the way to the supreme court.
