She is the founder and owner of Collective Co., a coaching and consulting group that works with leaders to help their teams be more effective and productive through clarity and alignment. Her passion is to see people lead and live wholehearted lives at home and at work.  She and her husband John live in Colorado with their two dogs. They have three grown kids, two bonus kids (married into their family) and six grandkids.

Jana has been a friend of Amanda’s for years, and has recently dealt with a series of overwhelming diagnoses that would often be too much for many of us.
