Rogue and Druid

Part 2 of our fancast is out! In this one we finish the last 6 characters from our first 6 months and give our final decisions on our definitive fancast for all the characters we've presented so far. We hope you guys have been enjoying everything so far and we hope this one is as much a treat for you as it is for us.

May is our 6 month mark for this podcast! In celebration of that we have decided to take on the age old tradition of fancasting all the characters we've presented and drawn so far. It's a very fun time and we hope you guys enjoy it.

Echo is our first warlock character. A grieving woman, pushed to possibly unthinkable things in the pursuit of changing an unbearable situation. Not for the faint of heart.

Content Warning: This episode will deal with the death of a child.

Taking a step back from the absolutely wild ride that was April, we decided to bring it back down to Earth in May. And maybe Rogue got a bit too real with this one. A variant human battle smith with a bot companion and a desire to help her brother. Luisa is practical. Maybe too practical for a life of adventure.

As a final tribute to Rogue's birth month, we dive head first into the Rogue class and all of the subclasses it has to offer so far. And because we like to judge, we are ranking them as well from our personal opinion best to worst rogue subclass. We will be ruthless. There will be no mercy. It's gonna be a bloodbath, and all that good rogue stuff.

And now the most indulgent character of Rogue's birth month. One of her favorite characters from Greek mythology turned into an Eladrin multiclass druid/cleric. See the story of Persephone and Hades made for D&D.

Following up the wild ride of River, we have a softer, and more damaged Nameia "Remy" Remembrance. A deceptively bubbly, soft pink grave cleric with a haunted past and a deep reverence for the nature order of life and death. Not for beginning players, we think.

It's April, Rogue's birth month! As a happy birthday she's being very indulgent with challenging and fun characters for Druid to draw. We're starting off strong with Captain River Liadon, the first character Rogue ever finished a campaign with. She's a pansexual, drink and story loving water genasi, ex-pirate arcane archer. This one we don't just talk about the character build we also tell some wild tales from the campaign.

We're talking gender again this month. Only this time we're talking about playing a character who is a gender you don't identify as. How to handle it. What the pitfalls are. And how to save a character if you're already in a pitfall. Special guest, our friend and fellow player Barbarian Xav!
