After almost five years and over 200 episodes, the Roll or Die crew are sad to announce the departure of cohost Anton Harrison-Kern from the podcast 😢 Anton was the creator and mastermind behind the idea for Roll or Die and has been instrumental in its success. We never would have thought when this idea started in early 2020 that it would take off so well and become as popular as it is.

Roll or Die will continue with Kim and a new cohost to be revealed soon! We look forward to continuing to bring you the stories and adventures of the wonderful people who make up the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community in Australia into the future 😎
