Craig Donaldson is a black belt who started in 1998 under John Will and is the head coach at Integrity Martial Arts. Craig discusses how he tries to live his life with integrity and as a lifetime hobbyist, how he has navigated the twists and turns of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu path. Back in the day, Craig would drive three hours to do shoot boxing seminars with John Will and credits John with the foundation he has built his BJJ on today. Craig loves to work with weapons and we dive into what makes him tick.
