Amy, a first degree Black Belt, is a breath of fresh air with a novel way to teach classes that we could certainly explore. Workshop Jiu Jitsu teaches students in a very unique way, whereby they learn the gentle art in an ecological way rather than traditional “techniques”. Effectively, they are learning through play.
