  • Minimalist camping on a motorcycle

There's a lot of talk these days about minimalism, minimalist living, and minimalist camping. Unless you are thumbing a ride on foot wearing a backpack, motorcycle camping is about as minimal as it gets. I've been motorcycle camping numerous times, culminating in what I now consider one of the most epic camping excursions of my life. It was in May 2015 when my older brother, Mike, and my son, Caleb, planned a multi-day ride across The Ozarks of Arkansas and camped next to the White River in Cotter. It was definitely minimalist camping at its best with literally a few twists and turns along the way, but a trip I will never forget!

Join me for some observations as a first-time travel trailer owner, as well as for a couple of surprises along the way. And, as always, don't miss some timeless words of wisdom at the end of the podcast. And remember, home is where you park it!

In this episode of Rolling Home, Tim, a first-time RV owner, discusses purchasing his first travel trailer, how he got there and how it's going.
