Today's topic is Reflection. At an event called Creative Mornings, I heard a friend, William Mcneely, speak wisdom into a crowd around the word reflection. This made me reflect on my life and passions. After about 11 months, I return to the mic and bring another episode.
In this episode, I start by talking about my Gym O Tribe as we had numerous fighters travel to Monterry, Mexico to compete in the Pan American Championships.
I also talk about a new app I am working with called Linxy. Linxy is a social experience app that aims to help individuals make meaningful and intentional connections in different spaces and events. To learn more, visit Linxy.Live.

October is here and we are back! Today is a great day to record a podcast. Check out the latest of what has been happening in my life and where I have been Roman Around!
In this episode, I chat with my friend Sam Hyman. Sam and I go back to the days when I worked at lululemon and I have enjoyed watching Sam grow into the person he is today. We talk about his journey as a sports broadcaster, how he found the sport of running, challenging himself with mind games, and how finding community through Mad Miles changed his life.
Be sure to follow Sam as he takes the next step on his sports broadcasting journey and continues spreading love and community through running and challenging yourself.

In this episode, I share a different perspective on time, how you are spending it, and relationships throughout life. I thought of this topic after watching a youtube video about the Top Grossing Films of All-Time and seeing how the chart played out. I related the films to relationships and jobs, but you can insert endless topics. Join me and hear my thoughts and I would love to hear yours on the subject.
