One man was responsible for the sexual assaults and strangulation deaths of 23 men.  These crimes occurred in various parts of Louisiana over several years. One witness provided the Task Force the vital information they needed to focus in on the suspect and ultimately apprehend the suspect.  Once he was in police custody, Ronald Dominique confessed to killing all 23 men.  I present Ronald Joseph Dominique, the Bayou Strangler.
