Slow down and view your life through a softer lens. In this episode, I talk about transforming routines into rituals, finding beauty in the mundane, and embracing those tiny moments that make your everyday feel special. If you’ve been craving more intention and joy in your daily life — this one's for you <3
For real, hear me out on this. I want you to think about your dream life — what you truly want. What are you pursuing in your career? What are you studying? Where are you traveling? Who’s in your circle?
I genuinely believe that when you allow yourself to dream big, you open the door for those dreams to become real. As we leave the Year of the Snake and step into the Year of the Horse, take a little delusional energy with you. Let yourself believe in possibilities you can’t fully see yet — and watch what starts to unfold.
In this episode, I share what it was really like growing up queer and Indian-Canadian in a suburban, predominantly white town during the mid-90s to early 2000s. As a kid, I struggled with my South Asian identity and often felt disconnected from my culture, not because I didn’t love it, but because I subconsciously absorbed the pressures of fitting in where I saw so little representation. Despite hiding parts of myself as a teenager to belong, I’ve grown to fully embrace the richness of my Indian heritage and continue to learn more about myself every day.
Hey you. Do you get waves of loneliness around the holiday season too? Whether you’re navigating tricky family dynamics, living far from loved ones, longing for deeper connection, or discovering your queerness and chosen family — this episode is for you.
Sending love, always,
xoxo P
I was so honoured to interview the amazing Celeste Lecesne! Celeste is an incredible writer, performer, and the co-founder of The Trevor Project and The Future Perfect Project. They joined the podcast to discuss the power of storytelling, creativity, and the importance of supporting LGBTQ+ youth. Celeste reflects on the Trevor Project, their work amplifying queer young voices, and what it truly means to create safe, affirming spaces for the next generation.
TW: This episode includes brief mentions of suicidal thoughts in the context of The Trevor Project’s history. Please take care while listening.

Moving to a new city as an adult can feel so exciting, but the loneliness and challenges you face when you start over is rarely talked about. Making friends can feel harder when those built-in social structures disappear. No school, no shared routines, just you intentionally putting yourself out there to break out of your shell, and build connections from scratch.
If you’ve ever felt this too, this episode about learning how to build community is for you xo
Have you ever wondered, what is my purpose? Why are certain things not aligning? In this episode I talk about the world of Numerology and the importance of Life Path numbers. Your Life Path number can reveal so much about your personality, challenges you face, and ultimately your purpose. Let's get into it!
Disclaimer: I am not a professional numerologist — this episode is based on research and was inspired by a discussion with my partner, Crystal and some friends :)
WELCOME TO QUEER BOOK CLUB! In this episode, I dive deep into Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid, covering the major themes, the beautiful queer love story, and all the details that make this book so compelling. Plus, I share who I’d cast if Atmosphere were ever adapted into a movie.
Warning: this episode contains major spoilers! I suggest you read the book, and then come back to this episode. Let's talk about it :)

In this episode, I talk about why I think I might have OCD. This is a self-diagnosis based on years of patterns, thoughts, and behaviors I didn’t have words for — until recently. For a long time, I silently struggled with mental rumination, until it began to affect my daily life in a real and overwhelming way. While I’m now on the path toward finding therapy, I wanted to share my story for anyone who feels alone or is struggling with their mental health. I also touch on some common myths about OCD and share a few coping mechanisms that have helped me personally. Just to be clear — this is not medical advice. I’m not a licensed professional. I’m simply speaking from my own experience, hoping it resonates with someone out there.
