Becca is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and holds an M.S. in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU. Her work today spans executive and leadership coaching, team effectiveness, facilitation, and organizational consulting.

Laura is an expressive arts therapist & community art educator working with schools, communities and organizations to nurture individual and collective growth and healing through creativity. She has been designing and facilitating creative processes for the past 14 years throughout the US and its Southern Border, Central and South America, East Africa and Asia. Her work uses a myriad of expressive resources, including community murals, peacemaking circles, visual art experientials, spontaneous play and rhythm to promote healing, dialogue and transformation. She currently lives in Medellin Colombia with a Fulbright fellowship, where she works as a mural artist partnering with different artist collectives and universities on the ground. Laura is part of a global street art movement called Girls to the Front which allows women and girls and folks with diverse genders to create new narratives about themselves in public space using public art as a vehicle.
