This week Pastor Matt takes us through Ephesians 4:25-32

This week, Pastor Cam takes us through Acts 2:42-47 and shows us the 2 keys to the growth and formation of the Early Church. We see that this passage shows us the early church gathered, and that the gathering was intentional. They were individually devoted to the Word and gathered together with a purpose, not just gathering to gather. Luke also writes about the early church being Unified by the Holy Spirit on Missions. The church was unified, not because of an individual person, but because of the work the Holy Spirit was doing in the church.

Ephesians 4:7 shows us how the Lord Builds His Church. God builds his church through Divine enablement. His enabling is a work of grace in our lives and was paid for by the blood of Jesus. The building of His church is also a demonstration of His power, not our ability.

Paul, in Ephesians 3:8-13 Paul shows us that we can be encouraged even when we are facing afflictions in our lives.

Sundays Easter sermon follows how the events of the Resurrection forever change the life of Peter!

In preparation for next Sunday, Pastor Matt preached through Luke 19:28-44. Here we see Palm Sunday, the day that Jesus rode into town on a Donkey. We see 2 responses that people had to the Coming of Jesus the Messiah. People were anticipating his coming and there were others who rejected the Coming of the King Jesus.

Join us this week as Pastor Matt takes us through Ephesians 3:1-7. Here Paul writes about encouragement that can be found in affliction.

This week Pastor Matt finishes part 2 of Ephesians 2:4-10. In this passage Pastor Matt shows us how God intervenes in our lives. We see that God is a God who intervenes in the lives of people. Despite who we are and our shortcomings, God is a God who will intervene in our life. We also see that God intervenes in our lives to carry out His plan. This intervention to bring about His plan often brings us more than we even deserve.

Sunday, March 16th was 3/16 day. In celebration of this day, Pastor Matt preaches through John 3:16. In this passage we see the beauty of salvation and the beauty of this well known verse.
