Finally, we will see that Not caring for others is a display of us not caring for Jesus. If we care for Christ then we will always care for others as well.

This week Pastor Matt takes us through the prayer, care, share method of reaching the nations with the Gospel. He will show us 3 ways that we can pray evangelistically found in 2 Corinthians 4:1-10. Our prayer life should lead us to a life of evangelism, and we should first pray that the Gospel will be Communicated clearly. Clear Gospel communication means that the one sharing will tell plainly what the Gospel is, but that the one who you are sharing to also hears correctly as well. We should also pray that the Gospel is understood fully. Sometimes it's easy for us to focus on different parts of a story, or of the Gospel. We need to pray that the Gospel will be understood fully by those we are reaching. Finally, we should pray that the Gospel is shared boldly. Sharing the Gospel can be scary, and at times difficult. We should pray that God will give us the boldness to go and reach the nations with the Gospel and that we will answer that calling.

Have you ever wondered what life looked like and how ministry was done in the early Church. This week Pastor Matt takes us through Acts 3 and shows us what action looked like in the early church. Pastor Matt shows us that the early church were a people of prayer. Everything they did was covered in prayer before they did anything. Prayer was a necessity for the early church, and should be a necessity for us today. Then Pastor Matt shows us that the early church had a care for people that led them to action. The early church served, rather than expected to be served. Finally, Pastor Matt shows us that in all things the early Church shared Christ. No matter the circumstance they were in, they found a way to incorporate Christ into what they were doing.

This week Pastor Matt walks us through Revelation 1:3-8. Here he discusses two results of knowing the future. Pastor Matt shows us that we can have a life of peace even in the worst storm. Though life may throw many difficult battles at us, we have a God who has won. Our peace is not dependent upon our circumstances, our peace is dependent upon Christ. He also shows us that real peace is only found in Jesus Christ. The world offers peace to us, but that peace is momentary. The peace that Jesus offers is one that is eternal, and does not fade.

This week Pastor Matt preaches through 1 Corinthians 2:3-16. In this passage Pastor Matt shows us what it takes to know the love of God. First, it takes the power of God to know the love of God. Apart from God we cannot know the love of God, and therefore we are in need of the power of God. Second, it takes a Revelation from God to know the love of God. This revelation tells us who God is and is understood by the work of God

This week Pastor Matt takes us through a study on James 1:12 where we are shown 2 realities that will help us when we face trials. We will study how God uses trials to make things right in us and how endurance through trials will be rewarded by God!
