This week Pastor Matt begins a study on Ephesians 2:4-10. In this passage Pastor Matt shows us from God’s work that God intervenes. Pastor Matt shows us that God is a God who intervenes in the Lives of People. We see that despite who we are God is going to intervene. He does not intervene based on our character, instead he intervenes based on His Character. Salvation is the intervention of God in the lives of man and is based in the character of God. He is rich in mercy, and acts out of this mercy. God also acts out of love. God is motivated by love and acts out of His love towards us. We see all of these actions and interventions are done so that God could be glorified through what He has done in you and others.

This week David takes us through the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000. Here, he zones in on the little boy who gave the fish and loaves to Jesus and the Disciples.

This week Cam takes us through Galatians 1:6-12. Here we see three reasons that a consistent walk with Christ is important. We see that a consistent walk with Christ keeps us close to God. Our flesh will cause us to drift and a stagnant faith is not stagnant, rather you are drifting from Him. Second we see that a consistent walk with Christ helps us to discern false teaching. There is much false teaching and it is our jobs as Christians to discern that false teaching. Finally, a consistent walk with Christ helps us to constantly seek the favor of God in our lives.

This week Pastor Matt preaches on Ephesians 2:1-3. In this passage he shows us 2 certainties that we can have about our relationship with Christ. First we can be certain that Jesus changes us individually. Second we can be certain that Jesus changes us all.

This week Pastor Matt shows us from the Word the 3 ways that Paul was motivated to help these believers have a deeper walk with the Lord. We will see that first Paul was motivated to encourage other believers. We see that Paul was also motivated to prayer. Finally, Paul was motivated to see others around him grow.

This week Pastor Matt walks us through Ephesians 1:13-14. In this passage Pastor Matt Shows us 2 ways that we can overcome our blind spots. Everybody has blind spots and Paul gives us a couple of tips we can use to help. First we must remember that we are to trust the teachings of the Word rather than trust the teachings of the world. The world has a lot to say on many topics, but we are to ignore that and follow what the Word says. Second, we are to trust the Word of God over our own insecurities. We are filled with insecurities, and yet the Word of God stands over our insecurities.

Ephesians 1:10-12

In this passage of Scripture Pastor Matt shows us that as believers, we have assurances because of God. We see that God gives us security, He gives us purpose, and he leads us to worship. All of these are found in our inheritance from God at our salvation.

Ephesians 1:7-10

In this passage Pastor Matt shows us that we are a people who are redeemed by Jesus. We can be confident that Jesus has redeemed us and we can be confident that He will redeem all things!

Welcome to the beginning of our study on Ephesians! Pastor Matt will take us through Ephesians 1:1-6 and show us that we are secure, we are loved and that we have. god-given purpose!

In Sunday's Sermon, Cam takes us through 2 Corinthians 2:12-17. Cam will show us that God provides us with Opportunities all around us. God is constantly opening doors for us, but we must be obedient and observant to see those doors and faithful to go through them when we do see them. Cam will also show us that God provides triumph even if we fall short in what we are called to do. The success of God is not dependent upon our success. We will then see that God provides us with a Spirit. When we are saved we have a Spirit and that Spirit should be recognizable in all things that we do. Finally, God provides us with Speech. Even though God provides so much in our lives, we must be obedient to still working and doing what He has called us to do. Though God provides and is the one who succeeds, doesn't mean we can e lazy.
