This morning Pastor Austin continues in Lamentation with his series "Collapse". God is good to forgive, but true repentance means also changing our ways. And repentance, like hydrogen peroxide on a wound, can hurt. But it’s necessary to escape the cycle of sin that keeps you captive.

This week Pastor Austin starts his new series on Lamentations called Collapse. God’s love cannot be contained or controlled, either. Meaning that in the uncontainable, uncontrollable mystery of God, there is a love, mercy, goodness, and grace that is so great it also cannot be contained or controlled.

Pastors Austin and Howard spend an hour talking about TV, patriotism, and mushrooms, and how all these points and more provide contemporary applications of the Council at Jerusalem’s decree for Jewish and Gentiles Christians to compromise for the good of church unity.

 Pastor Austin delivers a bonus sermon from his Summer Acts series. He finishes the outcome of the council at Jerusalem from Acts 15. What if we valued being right with one another over being right? Might that in fact draw us closer to the call of the church to be a witness of God’s love and grace

Pastor Austin finishes our Summer series on Acts with his sermon "Grace on the Line". Acts 15 is the affirmation and confirmation that holiness is the result of salvation, not the way to salvation. If tradition impedes this, then there’s a problem. So also, if innovation impedes this, we have a problem. Because We should not make it difficult for Gentiles who are turning to God.” (Acts 15:19).

Pastor Austin continues in Acts focusing on chapter 14. In his message "Failure?" he reminds us that as Christians no matter the unmet expectation we face. No matter the outcome of faithfulness. No matter whether we are on the mountaintop or the valley, we know how the story ends. 

Pastor Austin continues in Acts referring to chapters 13 and 17. He leaves us with this question: How would you talk about Jesus without quoting the Bible?
